DESCRIPTION: Villa Tuğçe; It is a conservative holiday villa located in Fethiye Kayaköy region. Our villa, which consists of 3 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 5 people. It is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymoon couples


1. BEDROOM: Double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning.
2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning.
3rd BEDROOM: 1 single bed, air conditioning.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, dining table, WC/sink, air conditioning

KITCHEN: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group and a private barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; Social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, sanitation etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are surrounded by nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite all precautions, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is refunded when you leave the villa.

NOTE: Our villa has pool heating pool heating can be activated for an extra daily fee of 1250 TL if pool heating is desired please inform us 3 days in advance.


NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 4000₺ cleaning fee.
