ESCRIPTION: Villa Tekeli 1 is a 3-bedroom holiday villa located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. It offers accommodation for up to 6 people. The Ovacık region is a very quiet, calm and nature-infused area. Villa Tekeli 2 offers a peaceful holiday opportunity away from the noise of the city or open to your friends. Everything has been thought of for you to have a nice holiday in our villa, which is 3 km away from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, and nothing is missing.
There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom of our villa and a children's pool for little students in the pool area. Villa Tekeli 1 is located right next to our villa.
1st BEDROOM: There is a double smart bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.
2nd BEDROOM There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
3rd BEDROOM 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning.
LIVING ROOM: Modern seating group, dining table and chairs, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN Private use registration book, schematic, veranda, 6-person dining table and chairs, bouquet.
INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly sprayed. There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. around the whole world. We definitely do not give 100% invisibility freedom in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. 7500 TL deposit is taken as basis at the entrance. If any problems such as breakage, loss or damage are not resolved, the deposit can be returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning fee for accommodations of 5 nights or less.
