DESCRIPTION: Villa Tarçın is located in the Fethiye Koca Calis region. Our centrally located villa is within driving distance to places such as the beach, market, bus stop, restaurant. It consists of 1 bedroom and offers accommodation for 4 people. The sofa in the living room can be opened and becomes a 2-person bed. It is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymoon couples.


1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, bathroom-WC, TV, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.


KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.


GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group, private barbecue.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, problems may occur with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or less.
