1st BEDROOM: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, L-shaped sofa, bathroom/WC. (Access to balcony)

2nd BEDROOM: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, drop-shaped swing, bathroom/WC. (Access to balcony)

LIVING ROOM: Modern and comfortable seating group, 2 armchairs, coffee table, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, wifi, access to the pool terrace. (Bathroom/WC included.)

KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a dining table andchairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, tea maker, extractor hood, built-in hob, built-in oven, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, garden table and chairs are available.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden load changes, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with private pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.
NOTE: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
