DESCRIPTION Located in Kalkan Islamlar Village, our villa for rent with a private pool is perfect, happy, fun, enjoyable, away from the traffic noise, away from the oppressive environment of the city, with its architecture formed by the wonderful meeting of stonework with wood, with your loved ones from the outside, in nature and greenery. It is one of the best alternatives for holiday lovers who want to spend their holiday in a villa.
1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioner and jacuzzi.
HALL : Seating group, TV, satellite, internet and air conditioning are available.
KITCHEN : There is an American kitchen, air conditioning, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove and electric kettle.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 10000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 6000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE : An extra 2000TL per day pool heating fee is charged for the heated pool outside.
