Seydikemer Karadere region, each of our 2 separate adjoining villas has 3
bedrooms (2 Parent's 1 Child's Room) and an accommodation capacity of 6 people.
Sandak Villas, whose construction was completed this year, have a very large
pool and garden area, and our villas are fully sheltered. offers its visitors a
pleasant and safe holiday opportunity.
1.BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a shower, a WC, a Jacuzzi and a
sauna.
2.BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, shower, toilet, sauna.
3. BEDROOM: Air-conditioned,
teenage suite bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom.
HALL : There
is a seating group, TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN: There is a
modern stylish American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher,
dinnerware and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers , swings, umbrellas, dining table.
There are table tennis, table football.
INTERNET: There
is wifi. From time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection
due to sudden downloads. internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and
news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 4500TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : An extra 1300 TL per day is charged for
pool heating in winter months.
