DESCRIPTION: Villa
Omega is located in the Islamlar Village of Kalkan, Antalya's favorite holiday
resort. It offers a beautiful holiday opportunity with its oxygen-rich air,
lush nature, unique landscapes and calm, serene life . Villa Omega has three
bedrooms, a spacious living room and an open American kitchen. There are all
home decoration and white goods in our fully furnished villa. It has a private
garden and a private swimming pool. The private garden and swimming pool are
sheltered and not visible from the outside. Our villa has an accommodation
capacity of six people.
1. BEDROOM : It is a
master suite room . There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air
conditioning, make-up table, TV, jacuzzi, WC, bathroom and balcony.
2. BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table. WC,
bathroom is outside the room.
3. BEDROOM: There
are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe. WC, bathroom is
outside the room.
LIVING ROOM: It is
on the ground floor, there is a seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air
conditioner, sink, iron, ironing board and exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN: In the
modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
