DESCRIPTION: Villa Natura, located in the Yeşilköy district of Kalkan, features a stylish and modern design. It's ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway amidst the tranquility of nature. This exclusive villa features a single bedroom and a bathroom with a comfortable double bed. You can cool off in the private swimming pool and enjoy the natural beauty and sea views while sunbathing by the pool.

BEDROOM 1: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a toilet.

LIVING ROOM: Features a seating area, armchair, coffee table, TV, and air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, built-in oven, stovetop, and hood, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen appliances.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, a drop-shaped swing, a garden seating area, and a barbecue.

INTERNET: The villa has Wi-Fi. Due to the area's infrastructure and occasional sudden loads, internet connection issues may occur. Internet access allows easy access to social media, emails, newspapers, and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, and health insurance are not included. All villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is required upon arrival for damage, breakage, spills, etc. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no broken items, missing items, or damage.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 4 nights or less, with an additional cleaning fee of ₺4000.
