Villa Nage

DESCRIPTION: Villa Nagi is a luxurious and decorative villa located in the Ciftlik region of Fethiye, ideal for large, crowded families and groups of friends. Ciftlik is approximately 15 km from the center of Fethiye. Kargi Stream flows through this region and it is an area with orange gardens.

There are 7 bedrooms in our villa where our guests can stay. When you enter from the entrance door of our villa, you will be greeted by a tasteful, stylish open kitchen and living room. There is also an elevator on each floor in our villa. There are 2 WCs and a laundry area in the common area. You go downstairs and pass through the 1st bedroom. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. Each room has air conditioning, and our villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people, and an unforgettable holiday opportunity awaits you with its stylish and tasteful equipment.

NOTE: There is a mini bar and a kettle in each room of our villa. There is also a steel safe in each room.

NOTE: Each room of our villa opens to a balcony.

NOTE: The closest beach is Karataş beach.

NOTE: There is an attendant who can provide cleaning and meal preparation for our guests who will come to our villa, if requested, for an extra fee. The reservation must be made in contact with the attendant at least 5 days before the check-in date.

LIVING ROOM: Seating group, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV unit, TV, air conditioning, bookcase, desk are available.

KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes kitchen bar and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, teapot, kettle, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, fryer, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun lounger umbrella, double swing, seating group, dining table and chairs, private barbecue - mini kitchen.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

Important note for all our villas in the Çiftlik region: Due to high demand; there are situations such as electricity, water and voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in the region.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 8000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or less.

NOTE: Pool heating is optional and is activated for 3,000 TL per day.
