Villa
Meyra are our detached villas with a private pool and extremely modern
architecture, located in a relatively central location in Fethiye's Ovacık-
Hisarönü region. There is also a well-kept lawn garden right next to the
sunbathing area.
Our
villa has a total of 3 floors, including the penthouse. On the ground floor
there is the kitchen and living room. The first and second bedrooms each have a
double bed, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The third and fourth
bedrooms each have two double beds, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
In the common area, there is an open kitchen-living room, air conditioning, WC
and TV. It will be a suitable option for you to spend a pleasant holiday with
its location close to the center and Ölüdeniz , and its modern and tasteful
interior design.
This
is next to our villa Villa Meysa is located. In case of availability on the calendars,
you can rent at the same time for large families or groups of friends.

INTERNET: The villa has
Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the
region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly.
Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in
the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered
pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken, lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 3500 ₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : Regional infrastructure work can be
done from time to time in Ovacık- Hisarönü , where our villa is located. Due to
this work, regional water and electricity cuts may be experienced.
NOTE: The jacuzzi in the garden of our villa can also be used as a
children's pool. Children's pool dimensions are 2.5 x 2.5 m. depth is 70 cm .
NOTE: Pets are accepted for an extra 3000 TL.
