EXPLANATION : Located
in Fethiye Kayaköy, this is our villa with a private pool and a fully sheltered
pool. Our house has 2 bedrooms and has a capacity of 4 people.

Our guests who want to rent more than one house or a large family group can
also examine our other villa . Our villa has pool heating.
1. BEDROOM: Double
bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV, jacuzzi,

single beds, a nightstand, air conditioning .
HALL: There
is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : In the
modern American kitchen , there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware , cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a
private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table,
private barbecue area ( fireside ).
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : If desired, pool heating can be used for an extra fee of 400 TL.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights
or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1250₺ cleaning fee.
