DESCRIPTION: Villa Meltem is located in Kalkan region. Our villa is only 1.5 km away from the sea and the beach. Our 4-bedroom villa, which is located in a quiet, secluded location and in the unique beauty of nature, is designed for large families and groups of friends that can accommodate 8 people. Our villa has a parking lot, a jacuzzi and a foosball table.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, mini library and air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area and private barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; Social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, sanitation etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are surrounded by nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite all precautions, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 3500 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is refunded when you leave the villa.
