Masal offers a unique holiday opportunity to our guests who want to have a
holiday away from the noise of the city. The garden and pool of our stone
villa, whose construction was completed in May 2020, are sheltered from the
outside. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has an accommodation
capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy , which fascinates its guests with its natural
and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city center
and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Our villa is suitable for nuclear families
and honeymooners. It offers a perfect holiday opportunity to our guests with
its large and private swimming pool . Due to the region where our villa is
located, a cooler holiday environment awaits you even in the sweltering heat of
summer evenings.

double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe , bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: There
are 2 single beds, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe .
HALL: There
is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : There
is a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, tea maker, coffee machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, a small
camellia.
INTERNET: There is Wi
-Fi in our suite . Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas and
apartments that are intertwined with nature . Despite all the precautions,
there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to
be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas and
apartments with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa or apartment.
NOTE : For
stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000₺ cleaning
fee.
