DESCRIPTION: Villa Kristal is a special holiday villa designed according to a luxurious and conservative concept intertwined with nature in the Kördere region of Kalkan. It offers a unique holiday experience with its infinity pool, outdoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and entertainment facilities. The large pool view is completely sheltered and provides ideal accommodation for conservative families and honeymoon couples.
It is a villa with panoramic nature and sea views. There is a private pool on the terrace, as well as a sauna and Turkish bath. It has a capacity of 3 beds and is decorated in a modern and stylish way according to its accommodation capacity of 6 people.

NOTE: The 700-800 m road at the end of our villa consists of a steep slope.
NOTE: Indoor pool dimensions: 5 m length, 3 m width, 1.60 m depth.

1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, bedside table, armchair, coffee table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom/WC. (Exit to indoor pool)

2. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioner.
3. BEDROOM: There are double bed, nightstand, L-shaped armchair, dressing table, baby bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, armchair, coffee table, TV, air conditioner, table football.

KITCHEN: There is a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, teapot, coffee pot, Turkish coffee machine, 4-burner stove, hood, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen products in the modern American kitchen.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, problems may occur in the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. With all this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas where the pool is sheltered.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is taken as basis at the entrance. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned at the exit of the villa without being solved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra cleaning fee of 7.5500₺ for accommodations of 5 nights or less.

NOTE: Pool heating is activated for 7,000 TL per year. (October 15 - April 15)
