DESCRIPTION: Villa Kırsal; Our villa located in the Fethiye Yakaköy region has been closed and made conservative. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. It is a quiet villa in nature. It is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples.


Yaka Village, which is approximately 40 kilometers away from Fethiye district, attracts great attention from local and foreign tourists. One reason for this is the Tlos Ancient City it contains and another reason is that the village is culturally and socially rich.


1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.


2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, dining table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.


KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.


GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area, private barbecue.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional 2000₺ cleaning fee.
