DESCRIPTION: Villa Joy 3 is a very
stylish and comfortable villa with fully sheltered pool, located in Kayaköy ,
Fethiye. This house, which stands out with its modern architecture, provides an
unforgettable holiday opportunity for future guests . There are two bedrooms in
our villa. Both bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom,
television and jacuzzi. In the common area, there is a living room-kitchen, air
conditioning, television and shared WC. There is also a dressing room in this
villa.
This is next to our villa Villa Joy 1 and
Villa Joy 3 is located . You can rent the
villas at the same time if there is availability on their calendar .

Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations
are accepted for an extra 1250₺ cleaning fee.
