DESCRIPTION: Villa Jasmine is a holiday villa suitable for large family groups with a capacity of 10 people, located in the Oavcık region of Ölüdeniz. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2nd BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
3rd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, fan.
4th BEDROOM:
There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, fan.
NOTE: There
is a bathroom and toilet opposite bedrooms 3 and 4.
LIVING ROOM:
Seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, WIFI, air conditioning, table,
chairs, exit to the pool.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchen equipment are available.
GARDEN:
There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, shower, garden swing, dining table
and chairs.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental
price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and
towels, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed with
pesticides. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies,
insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100%
invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage,
etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is
returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE:
Reservations are accepted for an extra 1000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights
or less.
