DESCRIPTION: Villa Izo is located in
Kalkan Kördere , one of our luxury rental villas with a deep blue sea view. Our
summer villa, which is decorated in a modern and comfortable way, has 4
bedrooms and provides accommodation for 8 people . Two of the bedrooms have a
jacuzzi where you can relieve the tiredness of the whole year. There is an
indoor heating pool in our rental villa for our guests who plan a holiday
during the winter months. There is a Turkish bath and sauna in our summer
villa, where every single detail is considered to the finest detail.
Conservative families, large families and large groups of friends can easily
prefer our rental villa, whose pool and pool terrace have been made sheltered .
For families with children, our villa has a children's pool and a shallow pool.

Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 4000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND MAY 15TH, THE
FEE FOR HEATING THE POOL IS 600 TL DAILY.
