IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, fresh linens and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the price. All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. This may lead to the presence of butterflies, insects, and flies in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our villas, which have a sheltered pool.

Important note for all our villas in the Ölüdeniz area: Due to high demand, our villas in the region are experiencing issues such as low electricity, water, and voltage, as well as infrastructure and construction work.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 6,000 TL deposit is required upon check-in for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. Any breakage, loss, or damage is refundable upon departure, provided the deposit remains unresolved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less, with an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL.
