Villa
Heredot Duo is a quiet villa located in the Kayaköy area of Fethiye district of
Muğla . Kayaköy offers a wonderful atmosphere away from the city with its old
Greek houses and local flavors. Our villa, which draws attention with its stone
architecture, has an accommodation capacity of 5 people and is 8 km away from
the famous Ölüdeniz beach.
This
is next to our house Villa Herodot is located. You
can rent the villas at the same time if there is availability on their calendar

: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, WC and
bathroom.
2.BEDROOM
: There
are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.
3.BEDROOM
: There
is 1 single bed.
HALL:
There is a seating group, dining table, TV, air conditioner, wc and
bathroom.
KITCHEN
: The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN:
There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and
barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has
Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the
region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly.
Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in
the environment. There is
a possibility of being found .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations
are accepted for an extra 750₺ cleaning fee.
