DESCRIPTION: Our holiday villa for rent is located in Kördere
Mevkisi of Kalkan district. It is a villa with panoramic nature and sea view.
There is a private pool on the terrace and there is also a sauna and hammam. It
has 3 bedrooms and is decorated in a modern and stylish way according to the
capacity of 6 people. There is also a jacuzzi in the suite bedroom of our
villa.
1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, air
conditioning, Jacuzzi.
2. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner.
3. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, air
conditioner.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher,
washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen
equipment.
INTERNET : There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Internet connection
problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads
from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news
sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included
in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning,
extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices.
In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done
regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects,
flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee
100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of
1500 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken,
lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE:
For
stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺
cleaning fee.
