DESCRIPTION: Villa Faralyus is located in Fethiye Faralya and is a peaceful villa with its sea view and nature. It has 5 beds and can accommodate 6 people. Our villa with a charming sea view has a large sun terrace and garden, a roof terrace of approximately 50 m2 and a spacious window pool. It is an ideal villa for citizens who want a quiet villa holiday away from the eyes among crowded families and friends. Villa Faralyus is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The villa owner accepts reservations for a maximum of 6 adults + 3 children.

NOTE: Baby bed is available.

NOTE: Villa Faralyus and Villa Faralyus are twin villas located side by side. It is an ideal holiday villa for those who want to rent 2 villas together.

NOTE: Pets are accepted in our villa with an extra 1.500 TL.

LIVING ROOM : There is a large comfortable seating group, satellite device, TV, air conditioning and Bathroom / WC.

KITCHEN : Our modern kitchen offers all kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, tea machine, kettle, pots and pans.

GARDEN : There are sun loungers, umbrellas, divans, hammocks, garden dining table and chairs, barbecue in our large garden for you.

INTERNET : There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas that are intertwined with nature. With all this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee that the pool will not be visible 100% in our sheltered villas.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 10.000 TL is taken as basis at the entrance. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned at the exit of the villa without being resolved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 6.000 cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or less.
