DESCRIPTION: Villa Falcon, which is a
nice alternative for crowded families with its white architecture and spacious
interior design in Fethiye - Ölüdeniz region, offers a beautiful holiday
opportunity with its private swimming pool and peaceful location. There are also
opportunities to have a pleasant time with the sitting area and barbecue in the
garden.

bathroom/WC in the room.

are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner and private bathroom/WC in
the room.
3. Bedroom: There
are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner and private bathroom/WC in
the room.
4.Bedroom: There
is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe and private bathroom/WC
in the room.
Living Room: There
is a seating group, TV, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace in the
living room.
Kitchen: In
the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kitchen
utensils.
GARDEN: There is
a private pool, tables, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecues in its
private and large garden .
Internet: There is Wi -fi in
the villa . Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from
internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for
issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news
sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos,
downloading files.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled,
etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems
such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the
villa.
NOTE : Due to the ongoing infrastructure
works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık- Hisarönü ) regions,
electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur from time to time.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 400₺ cleaning fee.
