DESCRIPTION: Our villa, located in Fethiye
Faralya , pleases all its customers with its magnificent sea view and luxury
architecture. It is the perfect villa for beautiful photos and an impressive
vacation. Our luxury villa with air conditioning and jacuzzi is among the most
ambitious villas this season. Our villa has a twin next to it.
1. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe,
nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom.
2. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe,
nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom.
3. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe,
nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom.
(There is a laundry room and a dressing room.)
LIVING ROOM : There is
a seating group, TV, air conditioning and fireplace.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, oven, tea machine,
coffee machine, microwave, filter coffee machine , etc. All kitchen utensils
are available.
GARDEN: It has a garden that is
intertwined with nature. There is a barbecue in the garden with a sea view .
There is a garden table arbor.
INTERNET : There is Wi -Fi in the villa .
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies,
insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in
our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled,
etc. A deposit of 6200TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems
such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the
villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE: The prices of our villas vary according to the
current exchange rate calendar.
