DESCRIPTION: Villa Eltepe, located in the Fethiye Eldirek region and has a magnificent view of the sea and the islands from afar, our villa also offers the Fethiye view under your feet.

Our villa, located on 2 acres of land, has a large grass area and pool in the garden, as well as a children's pool, a water slide that you can actively use and a decorative ship in the size of a real wooden ship. With these features, it offers a very enjoyable holiday opportunity.

Another reason that adds beauty to our villa is that you can enjoy tea and coffee by going up to the small pavilion in the pine tree against the sunset.

NOTE: The road to our villa passes through the village.

NOTE: The nearest sea is Çalış Beach.

NOTE: Our villa is in the forest. It is located in a quiet and calm location.

NOTE: The arrival to our villa is a stabilized road for 1.5 km.

1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom & WC.

2nd BEDROOM:There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, 1 armchair, 2 chairs, air conditioning, balcony.

LIVING ROOM: There are sitting group, coffee table, coffee table, 4 armchairs, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, wifi, water dispenser, speakers and exit to the pool terrace.

KITCHEN: There is an American open kitchen, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, hood, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, toaster.

GARDEN: There are sun loungers and umbrellas, pool slide, double swing, drop swing, 2 pear poufs, table and chairs, sitting area on the tree, garden seating group, jacuzzi and barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less with an additional 2500₺ cleaning fee.
