DESCRIPTION: Villa Efdal is our rental
villa located in Kalkan Bezirgan Neighborhood. Our villa, which is located in
nature and has a modern and stylish design, appeals to large families and
groups of friends with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa, which
has a private pool in the status of a sheltered pool, is very suitable for a
conservative holiday. Our villa is spacious and has a jacuzzi in the bedroom
and table tennis and table football in the garden.
1. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,
bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, TV, air conditioning, Jacuzzi,
bathroom, toilet and exit to the balcony.
2. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,

3. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds,
bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom, toilet and
exit to the balcony.
HALL : There is a seating group, dining
table, TV, internet in the air-conditioned living room. There is an exit from
the living room to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN : Modern American kitchen,
refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, high chair, built-in oven, microwave
oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle ( kettle ), dinner set for 6
people, dining table, various kitchen utensils. There is an exit to the pool area.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
