DESCRIPTION: It is our fully sheltered
villa with its private pool located in Fethiye Kayaköy area and located in
nature. There is a jacuzzi by the pool. The accommodation capacity of our villa
is 5 people.
Cottage Villa2 , which has the same concept and architecture, right next to
this villa . We have a villa named Our guests who want to rent more than one
house or a large family group can also examine our other villa.
1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe,
bathroom, air conditioner.
2. BEDROOM: There is a single bed, a double
bed, a bathroom, air conditioning.
LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group,
TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET : There is Wi-Fi in the villa.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of
being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled,
etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems
such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the
villa.
NOTE: The fireplace in our villa has been
made for visual purposes and is closed to use.
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 700₺ cleaning fee.
