popular holiday resorts. Our villa has a unique sea view. It is an ideal villa
to live a quiet, calm, serene holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the
city. A fun and serene holiday is experienced in the comfort of a 5-star hotel
in our rental villa. Our villa is decorated with comfortable home decoration
items. There are white goods, comfortable and wide beds, comfortable sitting
group, TV, DVD, kitchen tools and utensils in the villa. Our 5 bedroom villa
can accommodate 8 people. Rental Villa Cemile offers pleasant days to its
guests with its private garden and private swimming pool. Guests can spend
their time as they wish, enjoy the pool and barbecue in the garden whenever
they want, and spend time in Kalkan center and Kalkan beaches whenever they
want.

Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 6 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 4000 TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : The host absolutely does not accept
pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a non-refundable reason for
cancellation.
