Our villa, which attracts attention with its modern structure, is an ideal holiday villa for nuclear and large families with its accommodation capacity of 6 people. You can have a fun holiday with your children thanks to its large and spacious garden and the children's park in the garden. Our villa, which has a peaceful atmosphere in nature, has many different sightseeing spots for you to start the day with the sounds of birds and discover the beautiful natural wonders of Fethiy during your holiday.

KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun lounger umbrella, garden dining table and chairs, hammock, mini swing, mini slide, clothes hanger, private barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 4000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 4000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or less.
