DESCRIPTION: It is
a villa located in Fethiye Kayaköy, famous for its magnificent view and
historical texture, and has a private pool, fully sheltered, and a large garden
in nature. Our villa, which consists of 3 bedrooms and has a total
accommodation capacity of 6 people, is an ideal choice for large families and
crowded groups of friends . is our option.
1. BEDROOM : There is a
double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV, bathroom and wc .
2.BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table.
3. BEDROOM : There
are two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning.
HALL : There
is a seating group, TV, coffee table, balcony, air conditioner.
KITCHEN : The
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
are various fruit trees, private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas,
sitting group, private barbecue in the large garden.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning
fee.
