Villa Beren

DESCRIPTION: Our villa is located in Gökova Akyaka, with a fully sheltered pool and a natural location, and has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. It is a suitable option for honeymoon couples and nuclear families with its comfortable natural design and large garden. It is 4 km away from Akyaka beach.

NOTE: Villa Sargan is located in the same location as our villa. Large families can rent 2 villas at the same time if the dates are suitable.

1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom-WC, air conditioning.

2nd BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, dining table, chairs, WC-shower.

KITCHEN: Our villa has an American kitchen;. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, dinnerware, pans, pots, forks, knives etc. Everything has been considered for our guests in our kitchen.

GARDEN: There are 4 sun loungers, parasol, dining table, barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional 3000₺ cleaning fee.

NOTE: The last 100 meters of the arrival road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road.
