EXPLANATION : Our
villa, located in Kayaköy, a district of Fethiye district of Muğla , offers
holiday lovers a wonderful atmosphere away from the city and intertwined with
nature with its historical texture, old Greek houses and local flavors. Villa
Bal has been designed in accordance with the honeymoon concept with an
accommodation capacity of 2 people, and its garden and pool are sheltered.
Villa honey promises its guests a pleasant time and an unforgettable holiday.
BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe.
HALL: There
is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : There
is a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, tea maker, coffee machine,
dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans , glasses and other kitchen equipment.
POOL: The
dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 x 4 meters and the depth is 1.45
meters.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, patio, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table,
barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in our villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
EXTRAS: Our
villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Pool and garden cleaning is
done once a day. There are clean bedding and towel sets in the bedrooms.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas and
apartments that are intertwined with nature . Despite all the precautions,
there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to
be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas and
apartments with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1500 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa or apartment.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning
fee.
