DESCRIPTION: Villa Aytepe is a quiet villa located in Karaçulha Neighborhood of Fethiye district and is intertwined with nature. It has wooden architecture and consists of 1 bedroom. An extra bed can be added for children. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa.
1.BEDROOM : There is a double bed, a wardrobe, and a jacuzzi.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There are tables and chairs.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2500 tl cleaning fee.
