EXPLANATION : Our villa, located in Kayaköy
district of Fethiye district of Muğla , offers holiday lovers a wonderful
atmosphere away from the city and intertwined with nature with its historical
texture, old Greek houses and local flavors . The pool of our villa, which has
a large garden, is fully sheltered. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living
rooms and 2 kitchens. It is a 2-storey building with two different entrances.

CONVERT TO MORE THAN ONE BED, ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE)

HALL : There
is a seating group, TV and 2 air conditioners. It is possible to sleep 4 people
.
KITCHEN: There
is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dinnerware and other kitchen
equipment.
GARDEN: There is a
private swimming pool, bbq area, table and chairs, a small playground and sun
loungers .
INTERNET: There
is wifi. From time to time, problems with the internet connection may occur due
to sudden downloads. internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news
sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights
or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 900₺ cleaning fee.
