DESCRIPTION: Villa Ahiska is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan. It is just 1.5 km from the sea and beach. Located in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by the unique beauty of nature, this 4-bedroom villa with sea views is designed for large families and groups of friends, accommodating up to 8 people.

BEDROOM 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, and jacuzzi.

BEDROOM 2: Double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony, and air conditioning.

BEDROOM 3: Two double beds, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony, and air conditioning.

BEDROOM 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, bathroom, and air conditioning.

LIVING ROOM: Sitting area, coffee table, TV, and air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, tea maker, built-in stove, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen appliances.
GARDEN: A private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating, garden dining table and chairs, double swing, table football, and a private barbecue.

INTERNET: The villa has Wi-Fi. Due to the area's infrastructure and occasional sudden loads, internet connection issues may occur. Internet access provides easy access to social media, email, newspapers, and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, fresh linens and towels, health insurance, etc. are not included in the price. All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, the possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies in the surrounding area remains. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with secluded pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is required upon check-in to cover any damage, breakage, or spillage. If there are no issues with breakage, loss, or damage, the deposit is refunded upon departure.

NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an additional 6500 TL cleaning fee.
