DESCRIPTION: Villa Yudum is a private, conservative villa with a pool, accommodating 4 people, located in the Kalkan-İslamlar region. With its colorful and stylish interior design, the villa promises a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. The İslamlar region is a very quiet, peaceful area surrounded by nature. The villa offers a peaceful holiday opportunity for your family or group of friends, away from the noise of the city. One bedroom has a jacuzzi.


NOTE: There is a 25-step staircase to the villa entrance.


NOTE: Shallow pool dimensions: 2 x 4 m, depth 20 cm.


NOTE: The nearest beach to the villa is Kalkan public beach.


1st BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom & WC.


2nd BEDROOM: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and bathroom & WC.


LIVING ROOM: The living room includes a seating group, 2 armchairs, TV, TV stand, coffee table, air conditioning, and a coat rack. A washing machine is located under the stairs.


KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, dinnerware, pots and pans, and cutlery.


GARDEN: The garden features a private, sheltered swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, a dining table and chairs, a double swing, foosball, and a barbecue.


INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden surges, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the price. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with insecticides. Despite all precautions, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.


NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a reservation is accepted for an extra cleaning fee of 3500 TL.
