located in Kalkan Islamlar, our villa stands out with its panoramic sea and
nature views. Extremely luxurious and modern designed duplex villa. It will
allow you to have a pleasant time with the jacuzzi in the bedroom. It is an
ideal option for our conservative honeymooners.
1.BEDROOM
: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner,
jacuzzi, bathroom and wc .
HALL:
There
is a seating group, dining table, table football, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN
: The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN:
There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, tables, chairs,
table football and barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has
Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the
region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite
all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the
environment. There is a possibility of presence . We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 3 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 3500₺ cleaning fee.
