DESCRIPTION: Villa Silvana is located in Kalkan Üzümlü. Specially designed for honeymoon couples and nuclear families, you can have a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the stars with Villa Silana. Our villa has a private pool for you and a jacuzzi inside our villa. The children's playground on the pool terrace of our villa is designed for you to have a long and enjoyable holiday.

1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, armchair, dining table, TV, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There is a private use registration room, flexible umbrella, dining table and chairs, garden seating group and partition.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings against the whole world. We definitely do not give 100% freedom of invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 1500 TL is taken as basis at the entrance. If any problems such as broken, lost or damaged are not resolved, the deposit can be returned upon departure from the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional 3500₺ cleaning fee.
