DESCRIPTION: Villa Ranya, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, offers panoramic views of the city and nature. Stylishly designed and modern, this villa offers four bedrooms and accommodation for up to eight guests, making it suitable for large families and large groups of friends.


BEDROOM 1: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.


BEDROOM 2: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.


BEDROOM 3: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.


BEDROOM 4: Features two single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.


LIVING ROOM: Features a modern seating area, air conditioning, coffee table, TV, dining table, and chairs.


KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, tea maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.


GARDEN: There is a private reception room, flexible umbrellas, two seating areas, and private partitions.


INTERNET: The villa hGARDENas Wi-Fi. Due to the area's infrastructure and occasional sudden loads, internet connection issues may occur. Internet access includes access to social media, emails, newspapers, and news sites.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, fresh linens and towels, health insurance, etc. are not included in the price. All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. This means there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% complete invisibility in our villas, which are protected by a private pool.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is required upon check-in to cover any damage, breakage, spillage, etc. Any breakage, loss, or damage will be refunded upon departure, provided the deposit remains unresolved.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less, subject to a 6000 TL cleaning fee.
