EXPLANATION : Our luxury
villa is located in Fethiye Oludeniz. Our villa, which attracts attention with
its magnificent interior and exterior architecture, is an ideal villa for large
families or crowded groups of friends. It has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation
capacity of 10 people. Villa Mihenk was completed in 2021 and opened its doors
to our valued guests. There is private parking for two cars.
1. BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV ,
bathroom and toilet . Our room is on the pool floor.
2. BEDROOM: There
is a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV,
jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
3. BEDROOM: There
is a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV,
jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
4. BEDROOM: There
is a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV,

5. BEDROOM: There
are two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, bathroom
and toilet.
LIVING ROOM : There
is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning, fireplace, dining table.
KITCHEN : In the
modern American kitchen , there are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
oven, microwave oven, stove, tea maker, coffee machine, dinnerware, cutlery
set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment .
GARDEN : There
is a knitted swing for 2 people, a dining table for 10 people, a barbecue for
10 people, and 6 sun loungers.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time . Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health
etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are
intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions,
there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to
be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with
sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : Our
villa is suitable for our disabled guests and there is an entrance and exit
ramp around the villa.
NOTE : Due to
the ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık-
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights
or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1200₺ cleaning fee.
