Lakaya; Located in the Kördere region of Kalkan , our centrally located villa
has been designed in an extremely luxurious and stylish manner and has a
magnificent sea view. Villa Lakaya consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6
people. It is an ideal option for large families and large groups of friends.
Our villa has a sauna, children's playground, heated pool. It is a holiday
villa that can be preferred by those who want to have a quiet and calm holiday.
1.BEDROOM : There is a double
bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom
and wc .
2.BEDROOM : There is a double
bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and WC .
3.BEDROOM : There is a double
bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, make-up table, bathroom and wc .
HALL: There is a seating group, dining
table, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, table chairs and barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 6000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE: For those who want a heating pool, an extra 1500 TL per day (it
may change according to the period) is charged. In order for the water to reach
sufficient heat, information should be given within 3 days at the latest before
entering the villa.
