Mulberry is a holiday home option with a capacity of 2 people, 1 double bed and
a jacuzzi. Our holiday home, which is located close to Kalkan Center, is
stylishly furnished with our guests in mind and its furniture has been
carefully selected . Our apartment is within walking distance of the markets.
1. BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner,
bathroom & WC.
LIVING ROOM: There
is a sofa set, TV, TV table, coffee table, air conditioner in the living room.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
4-burner cooker, hood, oven, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, and cutlery.
TERRACE: There is
a dining table and chairs, a swing and a barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee
100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 4000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning
fee.
