DESCRIPTION: Our villa located in the Fethiye region has 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. It offers a beautiful holiday experience with its large garden and private pool. Our villa, located 6 km from the center of Fethiye, offers opportunities for you to discover new places and have a pleasant holiday.

1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, full-length mirror, Bathroom/WC.

2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, Bathroom/WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a modern and comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, dining table and chairs, satellite receiver, wifi, exit to the pool terrace.

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, airfly, tea maker, oven, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, combinations, dining tables and chairs, mini slides.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the price. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. With all this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas where the pool is sheltered.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is taken as basis at the entrance. Any problems such as broken, lost or damaged can be returned upon departure from the villa without being resolved.
NOTE: A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights
