DESCRIPTION: Our villa located in Antalya Kalkan Çukurbağ region has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Its modern architectural structure, which provides an ideal holiday opportunity for nuclear families and honeymoon couples, and its private swimming pool promise you a pleasant holiday.


1st BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom and WC.


2nd BEDROOM: There are double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom and WC.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, dining table and chair group, TV, cloakroom, air conditioning and shared WC. There is an exit to the pool from the living room.


KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.



GARDEN: Private use swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area, barbecue and barbecue.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned upon departure from the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional 4000₺ cleaning fee.
