2nd BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, shared bathroom/WC.
3rd BEDROOM: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, shared bathroom/WC.
LIVING ROOM: Modern seating group, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs.
KITCHEN: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, kettle, tea maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: Features a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden dining table and chairs, a drop swing, and a private barbecue.
INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden surges, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with private pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10,000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies.
