DESCRIPTION: Our
villa located in Kalkan Akbel location has been designed as 1+0. A baby bed
will also be provided for our guests with a baby. It is a suitable villa for
families of 3 people.
1. BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, Jacuzzi, bedside table, TV, jacuzzi, air conditioning,
bathroom & WC.
LIVING ROOM: There
is a sofa set, TV, TV table, coffee table, air conditioner in the living room.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
4-burner cooker, hood, oven, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, and cutlery.
GARDEN: There
is a sheltered private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table
and chairs, swing and barbecue in the garden.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies,
insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not
guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged , the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights
or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 500₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
