DESCRIPTION: Located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, our villa offers accommodation for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. With its private pool area, the villa is ideal for small families and honeymoon couples.


The villa also caters to its younger guests with a children's play area in the spacious pool area, ensuring a delightful holiday. Integrated with modern stone architecture, the villa awaits its valued guests for a holiday where you can enjoy stunning views and comfort.


NOTE: The last 200 meters of the road leading to the villa is unpaved.


1st BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, ironing board, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, and WC/bathroom.


2nd BEDROOM: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, and WC/bathroom.


LIVING ROOM: Modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, TV, and access to the pool terrace.


KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dining table and chairs, dishwasher,washing machine, built-in hob, oven, extractor hood, kettle, microwave oven, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.


GARDEN: Features a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating area, a two-person drop swing, mini children's playground, dining table and chairs, barbecue, and a kitchenette.


INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden surges, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area. We absolutely cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.

NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3000TL cleaning fee.
