DESCRIPTION: Our
villa is a spacious villa with 3 bedrooms, detached pool and large garden in
nature. Along with the mountain view, there is also a wonderful sunset view.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a vacation in the sunset and forest scenery?
1. BEDROOM: Master
suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air
conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds , wardrobe, vanity table, air
conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
3. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioner,
bathroom and toilet.
LIVING ROOM: There is a sitting group, wc, shower , satellite receiver,
LCD TV, air conditioner, and exit to the pool.
KITCHEN : refrigerator,
oven , washing machine, microwave, dishwasher , 4-burner stove, electric kettle
( ketil ), toaster, dinner set for 6 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other
kitchen utensils are available., wc, There is a shower , satellite receiver,
LCD TV, air conditioning, and an exit to the pool.
GARDEN: There are
sun loungers, parasols, sitting group, table , chairs and barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health
etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are
intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the
precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment.
We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 10.000 TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : Due to the
ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık -
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE: The
prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar.
In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the
current exchange rate pricing of that day.
