DESCRIPTION: Villa Sunset
2 , located in the Islamlar Village of Kalkan, which has made a name for itself
with its magnificent atmosphere and calmness intertwined with nature, is
designed to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience. In our villa, which
will be your hidden paradise with its magnificent view among the lush trees,
all these needs of the guests who escape from the noise of the city, who cannot
relax in the intertwined buildings and who want to have fun by the pool as they
wish, will be met. Villa Sunset also has a honeymoon and conservative concept
with its sheltered structure. Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and
living room.
1. BEDROOM : There
is 1 large double bed, private jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table
and bathroom-WC.
2. BEDROOM : There
are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table and bathroom-WC.
HALL: There are dining
table and chairs, television, satellite receiver, DVD, air conditioner, vacuum
cleaner, wc . There is an exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN : In the
kitchen designed in American kitchen style, microwave oven, dishwasher,
built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric
kettle kettle, toaster, toaster, pot and pan set, dinnerware, spoon and Cutlery
set and glasses are included.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 600₺ cleaning
fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
