Sirius is a very sheltered villa with a private pool located in Kas Gokseki . A
perfect holiday awaits you in the magnificent sea view and lush garden of our
villa. It is a wonderful villa where you can pluck natural products from the
garden and consume them and have fun with your crowded family and friend
groups. You can spend time without getting bored with swing, table tennis and
playground options in our villa. There is also a filter coffee machine, a
Turkish coffee machine and a toaster in our villa.

is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa
has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of
the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: The
fireplace in our villa has been made for visual purposes and is closed to use.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra cleaning fee
of 300-600₺.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in and around Kalkan, there is an uphill climb and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
